First things first, limited quantities. Producing smaller quantiles means you are getting something personal, limited edition, almost bespoke. With the added bonus of no excess garments ending up landfill or sitting in a warehouse. We make to sell out. Zero waste.
The next piece of the puzzle was Australian made. It was clear after the Victorian lockdowns how much control China has over the apparel industry. Shining the light on the lack of sustainability, authenticity & transparency available to you, the consumer.
Thus, every Sabine piece is not only certified Australian made, but produced locally & ethically in Melbourne, Australia.
The last pressing issue was the pollutants caused by fabric manufacturing.
At Sabine we handpick each fabric from existing eco-friendly materials, this helping eliminate the excessive wastage issues we currently face.
We buy organic where possible but ensure that none of our fabrics have been treated with harsh chemicals or dyes. We create pieces that feel beautiful on your skin without harming the earth.
